Black Forest Kir Royale

This cake took lots of preparation and time to make. I had to soak the cherries in cherry brandy overnight. Melted fragata cherry jam with brandy and sugared water to soak the layers of cake in. Whipped deliciously light cream folded with chopped morello cherries. Topped with fresh whipped cream sprinkled with hand scraped milk chocolate.It took a while to make but it is a one of a kind black forest!
