We went for a family holiday in Hongkong recently and i bought a great baking book unbelieveably with english translation. That book is just filled with the most gorgeously delicious cheesecake recipes. This was one of the first recipes i triedout. A baked oreo chocolate ganache cheesecake.
The texture is intensely creamy with bits of oreos. I love this cheesecake!
