Strawberry Honey Roll Cake

This is another recipe from my japanese baking book that tried out today.Its a soft honey vanilla sponge rolled up with fresh chantilly cream and strawberries. Very light fruity and smells heavenly with honey.

For anyone trying to make sponge rolls take it from me never use cutrite wax paper!!! They stick to high heavens...i had to learn the hard way
