Carrots & Lemon Honey Creamcheese

Carrot cake mildly spiced with cinnamon..since i never believe in using too much spices in my cakes less they are overpowered by them. I love this creamcheese, light yet creamy, tangy and smells of wild honey and meyer lemons.

Homemade Chocolate Eclairs

A tip i've picked up on making choux paste is that if you want to attain a soft base use milk but if you prefer crustier choux use water. I personally prefer the soft version. These chocolate eclairs I made this afternoon for a naughty self indulgent treat. The chocolate custard cream was divine since i used real vanilla pods!

Chocolate Butterflies&Flowers Cake

This was a special order for a young girl's first birthday party. I wanted to make something extra special so I made a two tiered cake. I spent two days making all the decorations by hand fondant flowers, icing flowers and butterflies.

The results were worth all the time and effort. It really is every girls dream cake!
