Strawberry Honey Roll Cake

This is another recipe from my japanese baking book that tried out today.Its a soft honey vanilla sponge rolled up with fresh chantilly cream and strawberries. Very light fruity and smells heavenly with honey.

Banana caramel chocolate ganache tart

This was a recipe i got from my japanese baking book which has the most wonderfully delicious and delectable dessert recipes!The tart came out chocolately as sin and ofcourse even if it took alot of time and effort was definitely worth it.

Fresh Cut Flowers

Another order for pastel vaniila cupcakes with lots of flowers...they are soo fresh and lovely looking. Oh too pretty too eat!

Company Of Cupcakes

A trio of cupcakes i made today. Kiwi cupcakes updated with kiwi jam drizzled ontop extra kick and pizzazz to it. Beautiful vanilla cupcake with a pansy ontop. Lastly, an experiment with duo frosting colours.

Thankyou & Bye Bye

These cupcakes were for an order from a client who works for Estee Lauder. As a leaving present to the press she asked me to make fondant thankyou's and bye byes.
