This was a really nice cake to make. A carrots and honey cream cheese cake decorated in a safari theme. I handmade the lion a few days ahead to ensure it dried well..the weather has been raining nonstop, humidity makes fondant dry slower. Please place you orders ahead if you're planning to have a special topper made:)
