Blueberries& Cream Cake
Blueberry shortcake with mascarpone whipped cream and bluberry filling layered. Light yet filled with fruits...This cake i made because of a customer's order who loved eating my blueberry cupcake and wanted it made into a cake. I was pretty sceptical about trying it out but wow i must say im putting this one on my cake menu!
Gourmet Sandwiches
I made this for an office meeting today. The sandwiches remind me of the fillings we can get from marks and spencers...i love egg mayo but it has to have curry added and esp chicken salad. A new filling i tried for this order was japanese pork cutlets with plum bbq sauce and dijon mustard. Delicious... Comes in a box of seven canape sized gourmet sandwiches.

Fudged out Brownies
Three months pregnant and having cravings for none other than brownies... I mean they must be the fudgey wudgey gooey yet have cake like texture kind. That being because im pregnant and cant really hold my food well so that if i ate anything remotely heavy it automatically comes out.
I never got the reasoning for using semisweet chocolate in brownies since it tastes pretty bitter..i always use my favorite chocolate brands and always as a rule milk chocolate chips!

Cookie Dough Cupcake
This cupcake took sometime to perfect.I've been finding a choc chip cookie recipe that is chewy yet crunchy in the edges.I happened to come by the exact recipe for this. With the combined cookie dough filling in this cupcake the whole cupcake is just heavenly delicious! The cookie that i crumbed on top of the frosting is double cocoa choc chip to add an interesting twist and flavour to the cupcake.

Tarts..and Flan
I love eating tarts and flan they just seem rustic yet so refined. The great thing about them is that the calories are significantly less than cake. You can just put about any kind of topping be it fruit, nuts, chocolate or custard sauce. Virtually everything goes. Once you've mastered the art of pastry dough...basically you can whip up this dessert right before dinner and it'll be a surefire hit amongst family and friends!
