Hi, thank for your comment. Basically, the tagged thing is a meme. I don't know if you are familar with memes but they are basically little lists of facts about the blogger and they are a great blogging tradition. This one is just a little different in that you just list facts about yourself that begin with the letters of your name as I did in my post. This adds a personal touch to your blog (other than your recipes!) and so lets other bloggers know a little bit more about you, which is cool. If you are stuck you can always follow the tagged trail back to see what other bloggers have written. By the way, I always get so distracted when I visit your blog - mouthwatering! Helen.
