Marshmallow Fudge Cake

Im in love with this cake. It's moist and fudgey with light delicious smooth marshmallowy frosting.To top off this decadence an added bonus of milk chocolate bits mixed into the batter and a crumbling of cake on the marshmallow frosting makes this the most perfect cake ever. I've been meaning to make this cake for ages and always kept it as a reminder. Im delighted that i got around to doing so!

I had a customer question me what our best selling cake was. It probably is by far our chocolate cake.Which is super delicious with our special blend of imported chocolates( a secret recipe )which hubby actually has to lug it all the way from europe every month. This being said makes our chocolate frosting creamy, super chocolately and not too sweet...Our chocolate cakes comes in all sizes and shapes..as requested by our customers.

Alphabet Cakes

Alphabet cakes...A request from a regular customer.I had a great time making these cakes sculpting them by hand.I love getting these orders since it lets me make things i've never done before! Chocolate fudge frosted with ganache with handmade icing flowers.

The letter T

Strawberries and cream cake in the letter "t".Pity about the strawberries...since it was a last minute order i couldnt find nicer shaped ones..however they taste great and thats what counts in the end!

Gift Box Cake

This order i had soo much trouble making..chocolate fudge square cake with a blue ribbon. Sounded easy but in practice there was no way a fondant bow would stay beautiful and untarnished on a chocolate ganache frosting. So being me i actually covered the entire cake with fondant..and being a first timer it was quite a task!
After three hours of decorating this cake..i think it came out beautifully!
