Alphabet cakes...A request from a regular customer.I had a great time making these cakes sculpting them by hand.I love getting these orders since it lets me make things i've never done before! Chocolate fudge frosted with ganache with handmade icing flowers.

wow all these cakes look really nice. I like the alphabet cakes but they must be really difficult to cover. The bow on to of the cake looks really nice.
Oooh wow this looks nice, I agree with snooky doodle they must be really hard to frost to get in all the nooks and crannies hehe!
Thankyou for your lovely comments..it actually took me quite a while because the parts that i glued together with the first frosting base kept falling apart!
