Heilala Cookies

I had a surprise in the mail today. My friend from Kl sent me these lovely extracts as a gift.We only use the best extracts here so i was soo excited to try these out. Wow..is one word i can say..these extracts are definitely in the upper echelons of vanilla society! The cookies were delicious softly laced vanilla paste concoctions sandwiched with strawberry jam.Thk u Lee Mei:)

Citrus Clouds

These cookies are both butter cookies...i especially love the ones shaped like clouds since they are pasted with lemon and passionfruit filling giving them a fresh citrusy and buttery taste. Made for snacking infront of the telly or eating with tea or coffee!

Buttery & chocolate chips

This recipe I found in a local chat room. It uses goldenchurn butter and white butter. The cookie is extremely buttery, moist and crunchy at the same time. I'm always on the look out for new cookie recipes with a twist. They may look like Chocolate chip cookies..but believe me they're not.
