Strawberries Shortcake

I was drooling over pictures of cakes from japanese bakeries so i just had to make myself this cake...definitely inspired by the shortcakes in japan!

Numbers cake

This cake was really fun to make. It was an order for a 60th anniversary celebration. I added lots of my favorite chocolate guylian sea shells..must be the hot weather and my longing for the beach... Its all pure chocolate and fudge frosting for this "60" cake!

Mango Mousse Cake

It's hot and eating anything else just doesnt seem right. Light mango mousse cake is just perfect for Summer months...especially when mangoes are soo lush and plentiful.

Chocolate Malt Roll

I love the chocolate malt cake at TGI Fridays in London and always wanted to find the recipe for it. Last night i got online and googled it and came up with a recipe which supposedly was the recipe for the cake. However after spending around an hour making the cake it came out incredibly dense...one word awful so i ditched it and what was left was the frosting... Made with fresh cream, chocolate and malt it's intensely delicious...i rolled it with vanilla sponge and topped it with cream and a light dusting of cocoa.

Mango Summer Roll

This is a light refreshingly summery treat. Filled with mangoes rolled in mousse and topped with mango sauce.This is one of my most favorite cakes to date.
