Strawberries and cream cake in the letter "t".Pity about the strawberries...since it was a last minute order i couldnt find nicer shaped ones..however they taste great and thats what counts in the end!

Gift Box Cake

This order i had soo much trouble making..chocolate fudge square cake with a blue ribbon. Sounded easy but in practice there was no way a fondant bow would stay beautiful and untarnished on a chocolate ganache frosting. So being me i actually covered the entire cake with fondant..and being a first timer it was quite a task!
After three hours of decorating this cake..i think it came out beautifully!
