Vintage Jewelry Box

A custom order. I really wanted to add other jewelry such as a pearl necklace, cameo brooch etc. However i was dictated to only have sapphires and pink diamonds since the person receiving this cake owns a jewel business selling only these two precious jewels.
The jewels are handmade from fondant:)
