Chocolate Cheesecake Layers

Seven months pregnant and suddenly im all into chocolate cake and cheesecakes...terrible combo for keeping pregnancy pounds down. What better way than to combine my two favorite things into one cake. Devil's chocolate layers with fudge frosting layered between cheesecake....wow!

A trio of Savoury Tarts

A trio of the most delicious quiches for sunday lunch. I tried out a new recipe from well renown French pastry chef..it was fabulous..the tarts ( quiches) squared ones are made with fougasse dough which is a cross between pizza dough and bread. It made the salmon, mozarella pesto and bacon oyster mushroom tarts soo wonderfully different from the tarts u would find anywhere.

For the quiche i made a broccoli, ham, mushroom and egg filling which was definitely suitable for sunday lunch!!!

This set of cupcakes are really elegant this photo does it no justice...I love white cupcakes they are really grownup and beautiful looking.I experimented with this new ultra cool gold edible glitter that hubby bought from sydney. He bought it in every colour...it looks great on the cupcakes..
