The other night i had a quatro stagioni pizza..which got me thinking about cheesecakes and how i could incorporate different fruit toppings to it. Delicious with four toppings of strawberry, peaches,cherries and blueberries... The peaches are my favorite by far!
Again this is by far the best New York style cheesecake I ever had
